E-petitions

Hi
This is the first time I have 'owned' a blog, so hope you will bear with me.  I have many issues that I feel strongly about and feel sure that others do too, so decided to take the plunge.

What gave me the kick was looking through the  Gov E-petitions http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/ and finding so many that I agree with, but also that do not have many signatures.  I am sure that many people have forgotten all about these e-petitions and so decided to put out a reminder.

In the last couple of hours I have signed around 60+ petitions to do with animal cruelty and abuse; road tax and fuel duty; speed limits; smoking bans; euthanasia; sharia law; rights of prisoners; pensions; abuse of the elderly; mental health and many more.

I am sure, if people took the time to glance through the petitions then at least a few would jump out at everyone, so come on, if we want more of a say in this country - and lets face it, we need it - take a little time and find petitions that reflect your views and sign them!
